Our Origin

Hongbake began with a very real, everyday moment.

As a mom, I’ve always believed that making food is one of the simplest ways to care for the people you love.

But between work, kids, and daily responsibilities, I often felt exhausted before I even started.

Pans that stuck. Difficult release. Endless cleanup. Small frustrations that slowly turned the kitchen from a warm, creative space into a place of pressure.

Everything changed the day I finally used bakeware that truly supported me.

Suddenly, movements felt natural. My attention shifted from fighting the tools to enjoying the process—measuring, mixing, shaping, creating.

That’s when I realized:

I wasn’t bad at baking. My tools simply weren’t made for real life.

That realization became the starting point of Hongbake.

Why Hongbake

Hongbake began with a simple but important realization.

As a mother, baking for my family has never been just about taste or appearance. It’s about what comes into contact with the food we eat, day after day. I wanted tools I could trust under real heat, real use, and real life — without second-guessing materials or coatings.

That search shaped everything we do at Hongbake.From health-conscious coatings to food-contact-safe materials, our bakeware is designed and tested to meet recognized standards such as FDA and LFGB, is BPA-free, and verified through organizations including SGS and TÜV.
