Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the continental United States is $5.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Please note: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur additional remote area surcharges due to carrier fees. Any applicable surcharge will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: 24 hours  
Standard shipping time: 2–5 days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of the ship date, please contact us at support@hongbake.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you on a suitable solution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund.
