What is the benefit of diamond pattern bakeware?
The diamond pattern design on our bakeware isn’t just stylish—it’s highly functional. The raised diamond texture promotes even heat distribution and airflow, helping your baked goods cook more evenly and release easily from the pan. This also enhances the durability of the non-stick coating, making cleaning effortless and prolonging the life of your bakeware.
Is the coating of Hongbake bakeware safe and healthy?
Yes, the coating of HONGBAKE bakeware is both safe and healthy. Our non-stick coating is manufactured by internationally recognized leaders PPG Whitford and INNOTEK XYNFLON®, and is fully compliant with the strict US FDA 21 CFR 175.300 standard for food-contact materials.
It is completely PFOA-free and contains no harmful chemicals. The coating has also passed independent testing by TÜV, ensuring that no toxic substances will migrate into your food—even at high baking temperatures. You can use HONGBAKE bakeware with confidence for you and your family.
Can I use Hongbake’s nonstick baking trays in the oven and dishwasher?
We do not recommend cleaning HONGBAKE bakeware in the dishwasher. The high temperature and strong water jets in dishwashers may accelerate the aging of the nonstick coating and affect the product’s performance and lifespan.
For best care, please hand wash your bakeware with warm water, a soft sponge, and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive scrubbers to protect the surface.
